Bookings made on this site are for “shared tours” on the black and gold Upstage Nashville bus. This is NOT for the pink Miss Avery Grace bus.
Upstage Party Bus must meet the minimum of 10 passengers at full price in order to run. If you have a group of 2 people, and you are the first to book that time slot, it will not be confirmed. When an additional 8 guests from other parties join that same tour time, it will be!
Our staff will call you a couple days before if your tour hasn’t been confirmed, and let you know which times are. We can either move you to a tour time that is running, or keep your reservation pending. It is very common for tours to book up last minute. Rest assured, your credit card will not be billed until the reservation is confirmed.

Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations may be made for up to three (3) weeks prior to reservation to receive a voucher. Any cancellations made inside the three (3) week period are NON refundable. In the rare event of cancellations caused by Covid-19 shutdowns or anything similar you will receive a voucher. By making a booking through this site you agree to our cancellation & BYOB/Alcohol policy.

From time to time they may have a private party. In that event we would utilize their outdoor area while awaiting pickup. The outdoor area has a bar and food truck! There is a roof and it is enclosed during the winter months.
