General QUESTIONS
There is not, and for good reason! We have been in the transportation industry for over 20 years, we learned bathrooms and moving vehicles simply do not mix. We stop 2 times on our two hour tour, once at Nissan Stadium, where there are port-o-potty’s set up from time to time, and again at our 1/2 way stop for a bathroom break.
There are 2 options when booking the Upstage Party Bus.
1.) MOST CONVENIENT (requires no work on your end): Purchase your drinks from the bartender. They will have the drinks already in the cooler, and they’ll be at an ice cold 34 degrees! The options for drinks on the bus are as follows, but subjected to change.

2.) CONVENIENT – AND YOUR BYOB OPTION (moderate work on your end): Pre-purchase your drinks from The Green Light Bar where we pick up at ahead of time via the link provided in your confirmation … You MUST use the promo code “Upstage” so they know which bus to have them ready for, in addition it gets you 5% off your order!
You may purchase your drinks at any time from now up until 1 hour before your tour, just choose “schedule for later” and put the date and time of your tour. It is important that this matches the date and departure time exactly.
Sales on these orders are final as they are their own establishment, and this would not be a transaction with Upstage Party Bus, LLC. Keep in mind any pre-bought drinks are considered BYOB, and are not allowed to leave the bus once the packaging is open inside of the bus.
Per the new city ordinance we are unable to allow any alcohol over 8% per volume, so we are no longer allowing any outside alcohol purchases to ensure there are no issues.
For our “Miss Avery Grace bus” we are only offering our BYOB option (number 2) as there is not enough room in that refrigerator for BYOB and drinks for sale.

Minors are only allowed on the Miss Avery Grace Bus, Upstage Party Bus is adults only.
If a minor is on board, alcohol cannot be per a new Nashville law.
All passengers must have a valid & physical ID, an individual cannot board the bus with a photo of an ID.
We offer 3 types of services to our customers.
Service 1: Private party rentals (Rent the entire bus for your private party.)
Service 2: Per person rental (Pay per person for 2 hours of full access)
Service 3: The Miss Avery Grace Party Bus which is for private parties only, and made for the girls! This has two different tour options, mural tours or our traditional tour which follows the same route as the Upstage Party Bus (routes subjected to change do to road closures or other unseen circumstances).
Our pricing page outlines the cost for both services. Pricing will vary by day of the week.
- A government issued ID.
- Alcoholic drinks from our pickup location (For 21+ adults) and non-alcoholic drinks for minors if boarding the Miss Avery Grace bus. If you are riding the white coach bus, you can purchase drinks on the bus. (We have a large refrigerator to keep your drinks ice cold!) PLEASE NOTE: Due to state regulations, after your event, you are NOT allowed to take ANY alcoholic drinks off of the bus.
- For days when it is hot you may consider bringing sunscreen.
- For colder days dress warmer!
Gratuity is not included in your cost. Cash tips are greatly appreciated! We also do accept Venmo.
The driver, bartender, and DJ work hard to make your experience great, and they do rely on your tips.
It is always best to be on time! We cannot hold up the bus on a shared tour, so it is recommended to arrive at our pickup location, 833 Hawkins St Nashville TN, at least 25 minutes prior to your departure time. This will allow you to have drink, grab a bite to eat, and/or receive your drinks from your pre-order. If you are on a private tour, it is still recommended to arrive at least 25 minutes prior to departure. If you are late for a private tour, it will cut into your time. If you are late for a shared tour (boarding is 15 minutes prior to departure), your tickets will be revoked with no refund.
Unfortunately it is a state law in Tennessee that if you are drinking, you must have your physical ID on you. We cannot allow you on the bus with a picture of your ID, or by using an app.
Shared/Per-person Reservation QUESTIONS
We make our pickups extremely easy for our guests, we pickup at “The Green Light” located at 833 Hawkins St, Nashville, TN 37210, where guests are able to pre-purchase drinks for the tour (Please note: no coolers allowed on the bus). We have refrigeration, so drinks go right from their refrigerators to ours! Drinks must be pre-ordered, or we do sell beers, White Claws, or Twisted Teas on the white coach bus. Please note that we are unable to have alcohol aboard the Miss Avery Grace Bus if minors are on board (minors are not allowed on the white Upstage Party Bus).
We only pickup and drop off at “The Green Light Bar” located at 833 Hawkins St, Nashville TN. This is another city regulation…
We start our tour at “The Green Light Bar“, from there we travel to the Music City Center, pass the Bridgestone Arena, then down historic Broadway Street. Then we travel over the Cumberland River, around Nissan Stadium, then over the Korean Vets Bridge for some spectacular views! We then go back to the Broadway area, where we have a bathroom break 1/2 way through your run at The Green Light Bar. From there, we head to the Vanderbilt area, Midtown, & back through downtown Nashville.
Nashville can be a very busy place, and is filled with tons of events from time to time. These events to cause road closures, so we may not be able to go in specific areas all the time. Example: Nissan Stadium may be closed due to a large concert or sporting event. If Broadway is closed, or to crowded we will avoid it on our tour.
For all reservations, the final stop is the same as the pickup location, “The Green Light Bar” located at 833 Hawkins St, Nashville TN. No exceptions. We must start and end all tours at the same location as we are a tour, and must follow the regulations put in place by the city.
Food & Drink QUESTIONS
We apologize, food is not allowed on the bus.
Upstage Party Bus does not allow coolers on the bus. We would like for the guests to have as much space as possible, and coolers do take up a ton of room. We have refrigeration on board to keep your drinks ice cold.
We supply refrigeration to keep your drinks cold. We no longer supply ice, as we are no longer able to pour mixed drinks per the city. We do however allow you to purchase drinks from the bar we pick up at, or you can purchase drinks on the Upstage Party Bus from the bartender.
Unfortunately this is a STRICT NO. We strongly advise you to bring only what you will be drinking. The same way BYOB’s work, or any bar for that matter, you are not allowed to walk out of a bar with drinks… therefore you are unable to walk off the Upstage Party Bus with drinks. Even if a case of beer is brought on and only 1 beer is missing, that case is considered open, and not allowed off, even though the beers are still sealed. Any non-alcoholic drinks may be brought off the bus.

We were forced to change our cancellation policy in April of 2020, as our company saw a HUGE amount of cancellations due to the Corona Virus. To deal with the unforeseen amount of cancellations, the owners had to take jurassic measures to keep the business afloat. Since then, and after much consulting with our legal team, we have updated our reservation policy. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of a cancellation, you may do so up to three (3) weeks out to receive a VOUCHER to be used at a later date. Any cancellations made within three (3) weeks are NON Refundable.
